We had a pleasant stay at this traditional-style hotel with good breakfasts and spacious rooms. Refreshments and beddings provided were enjoyable. Shuttle service was convenient for exploring the location. Nice bath facilities and a pass for town baths included. Staff provided a child's yukata and geta for everyone.
Housekeeping may need improvement in some areas.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with a convenient shuttle service that picked me up and dropped me off at the rail station. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and excellent shower facilities. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the provided yukata for my child and the geta for everyone in our group. The hotel even included a pass for the local town baths, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the traditional culture. The staff here was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The rooms were spacious and well-organized, offering everything we needed for our Onsen experience. The Onsen provided by the hotel was great, with a calm and peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The hotel also offered easy access to the town's popular Onsens, making it an excellent location for anyone looking to dive into the local Onsen scene.
The beds were a bit too firm, which may not be suitable for those who prefer a softer mattress. The hotel's location was a bit off from the town center, and the shuttle service wasn't always convenient for our schedule.

The breakfasts were amazing, always delicious and well presented. the Japanese-style room was very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of refreshments to enjoy. the shuttle bus was very helpful for getting around, especially since we didn't have our own car.
The location was quite far from town, and the shuttle schedule wasn't always convenient for us. the traditional floor beds may be too hard for some guests, but we found them to be okay after the first night.
